Biography

Luciano Chaves
      Luciano Rodrigues Chaves, November 3, 1988, Cantagalo, Rio de Janeiro.

      Multi-instrumentalist musician, arranger, and composer.
      He started studying the popular guitar at the age of 14, later studying the classical guitar.

      In 2008 he took brief lessons in trumpet, french horn, violin and harmony, the year in which the first ideas for compositions for classical guitar and small ensembles were born.

      In 2017 he founded Ekleipo, an experimental authorial music project, together with soprano Thaís Oliveira.

      In 2018 he participated for a short period of the defunct Orquestra Candido Mendes as arranger and cellist. In the same year he founded the Duo Nuance, Flauta e Violão, together with flutist Ravena Lamblet, with the purpose of promoting his compositions and other arrangements of the classical repertoire for this group.
